Prices in US dollars and include taxes and regulatory fees. An extension is one phone line for one person or device, and it can include one phone number if you want one. Each number beyond your extension count is billed like an extension. International calling and add-ons are quoted separately.
Questions
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. We move them over for you, and your current service keeps working until the move is done.
What do I need?
A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC or Android phone. Desk phones are supported in beta; ask us before you buy hardware.
Is there an iPhone or Mac app?
Not yet. Both are in development. Today there are Windows and Android apps and the web portal.
Can I send text messages?
Your numbers can receive texts now. Sending is waiting on carrier approval for business messaging.
Is there a contract?
No. You're billed monthly and can cancel any time.
Are taxes included?
Yes. $15 per extension is the whole monthly price, including taxes and regulatory fees. International calling and add-ons are quoted separately.
Is a phone number included?
Each extension can come with one phone number at no extra cost. If you want more numbers than extensions, each extra number is billed at the same price as an extension.
How does partner billing work?
MSP partners pay $10 per extension per month, taxes included, on one monthly bill. You bill your own clients at your own price; the portal shows each client's usage for invoicing.
Can I call internationally?
International calling is off by default to prevent toll fraud. Ask us and we'll turn it on.
